Leadership can sometimes feel lonely and overwhelming.

Think of it like this TREE...

The BRANCHES represent your external successes and achievements — the big goals you hit, the high targets you strive for, and the daily demands you meet.

The constant pressure to perform can leave you feeling disconnected and drained.

But just like a tree... Your ROOTS — your inner foundations of integrity, resilience and vitality — are what truly support your performance.

Without nourishing the inner foundations, even the strongest trees can break when faced with STORMS like overwhelm, isolation, and self-doubt.

The good news? You don’t have to weather the storms ALONE.

Imagine a space where you could connect deeply — with yourself and others who understand your journey, and share your struggles and joys.

A space where you can water your roots and restore your emotional energy, so you can lead with greater clarity, impact, and enthusiasm.

INTRODUCING

Intimate Conversations

Watering the Roots of Leadership

This is not a webinar, a stand-up, or some superficial networking event. It is a nurturing space for leaders craving deep connections and powerful insights.

Like a tree whose roots need water, this space helps you refresh, recharge, and grow taller and stronger by nurturing the part of your leadership that’s often overlooked — your emotional energy.

"I never thought stepping into a room full of strangers would be so refreshing and inspiring! I would definitely do it again, and again."

Gary, UK

"There's no other word to describe this experience except powerful - the space, the people, the conversations. Thank you for this. It is very much needed nowadays."

Sandra, Italy

"I wish we had more space just like this where we can openly express ourselves without the pressure to be right and know-it-all".

Camille, Netherlands

Here's What Makes it Really Special

Important Themes That Change Every Month

Each month, we explore a new theme that addresses the evolving challenges leaders face today—and may encounter in the future.

These themes are thoughtfully designed to dive into both the emotional and practical aspects of leadership, ensuring that each session is not only insightful but also impactful.

Whether you're early in your leadership journey or more experienced, these conversations offer fresh and diverse perspectives, helping you see opportunities where others see obstacles — enhancing your ability to lead with authenticity, creativity and purpose.

Small Groups Bound by Respect and Openness

Participation is intentionally limited to 8 members, ensuring everyone has the space to be truly seen, heard, and valued.

It's a place to share openly without expectations and, just as importantly, to listen with the intent to understand, not to respond.

Before each session, participants are encouraged to leave their 'titles' behind and step into the room as humans.

Mutual respect and openness are the foundation of every gathering.

Deep Connections and Rich Dialogues

In these 90-minute sessions, conversations (and often emotions) flow naturally, guided by thoughtful prompts and reflections. It's not about how many questions we answer, but how many meaningful answers we discover.

A skilled facilitator keeps the conversation focused on the theme, while allowing space for genuine connections to emerge.

Expect a nurturing, judgment-free environment where structure meets flow, ensuring you leave with tangible takeaways.

This Month's Theme and Invitation

"The Pressure To Be Perfect"

For men and women driving the progress of the people, planet, and profit.

Leaders who care about the people, planet, and profit often face immense pressure to get things right. With the stakes so high, accountability to multiple stakeholders and the fear of mistakes and failure can weigh heavily.

This can leave one feeling emotionally paralyzed and limited in their ability to lead effectively and authentically. In this small group conversation, we’ll explore two key questions:

  • In what ways has the pressure to be perfect impacted your ability to lead?

  • What might shift if you allowed yourself to embrace imperfection as part of the journey?

Join the conversation to deeply connect with individuals who 'get it', and exchange wisdom to navigate this journey with LESS pressure and overwhelm, and MORE ease and confidence.

Questions? Answers.

Stepping into something new can raise a few questions. Here’s a quick rundown of what you might want to know:

What exactly happens in an Intimate Conversation?

Picture this: no pitches, no presentations, no pressure. Just real, open, intimate conversations with fellow leaders facing similar challenges. It’s about connecting human to human, sharing experiences, and walking away with new, meaningful connections and a renewed sense of strength.

What platforms are used?

You’ll receive your confirmation via email, and we’ll meet through Google Meet for the session.

What if the current theme does not fully resonate with me, or that I have conflicting schedules?

Each month, we explore themes that matter. One month could focus on Vulnerability, another on Burnout, or even Leading Through Uncertainty. Themes evolve as leadership evolves, ensuring relevance and timeliness. If a particular theme doesn’t resonate, or if there is a conflict in your schedule, complete this form to receive an invitation to future sessions that might align better.

I’m an introvert. Will I have to talk a lot?

Not at all. You can share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. We create a space where you can engage in your own way—whether that means speaking up or quietly reflecting. A skilled facilitator will guide the conversation for the full 90 minutes.

Why should I bother? I already know how to lead.

You do—but even the best leaders need time to pause and reconnect. This space offers a chance to do just that, and maybe discover a breakthrough you weren’t expecting.

What if 25€ | 21£ is too much for me right now?

We occasionally have sponsors who generously cover the cost for those facing economic challenges. Email trish@thehhwm.org to see if there’s an available sponsorship for you.
